Yes I agree. I tried to fast a few times but couldn't make it past 24 hours because I started to get light headed, most likely from low electrolytes. My body is already depleted of vitamins and minerals I'm sure from lack of nutrients in my diet. Based on what I've read, and I'm not sure if it's true, fasting up until 24 hours doesn't have any significant type of detox affect on the organs. It's frustrating because I am trying to work on my health and hopefully eventually overcome all of these allergies but I feel like the first step needs to be to cleanse but it's so hard when you can't take anything!
