Thanks for the reply Jhan. Unfortunately, I can't eat anything besides eggs and chicken as I am allergic to every other type of food. I can not handle pretty much anything plant based which also rules out the majority of supplements. I am losing hope as I have been researching for years and have not been able to find many people who are as bad as me. I really need to cleanse and I was hoping there was some way that I just haven't heard about besides all of the standard ways that people use.
