Thank you for those tips. Today is day 27 and I am miserable. I've been miserable all weekend with severe nausea. Am I really this toxic?

If today is the 27th day and it is Monday, will I be done fasting on the 30th day or after the 30th day? So I'll be able to break the fast Thursday or Friday?

Also, I am still short of breath. I had lab work done and they called this morning with abnormal results for chloride, bilirubin, creatine, T4, and glucose.

I go in tonight at 7pm.

Should I be worried?
