Hi,
I am planning to start 30 or 40 day Water Fast in 1 week. I have done 40 day Water Fast last year in spring and on the 40th day (before I started refeeding) I had to go the hospital because of constipation. Since all the medicine only made it worse (abdominal pain, nausea), they had to remove it manually. Not only was it gross and painful, I felt like I was about to loose consciousness any minute. What can I do to prevent it this time? Would some colon cleansing before fasting do the trick? Can anyone help? I would appreciate any advice on how to prepare for the fast properly. Thank you for your advice!
