A supervised Water Fast is not the same as urine/water fast.
If you are in school begin slowly, just drinking some morning pee and sniffing some up your nose.
This will begin the healing process.
The healing will take it's own course.
Go with it! It may not be what you expect.
Probably best not to tell friends and familly. Lest you want them to view you as some two headed freak...
