I totally understand. I hate my lips looking ashy and in various stages of peeling 24/7 and being self-conscious about it. This condition has really damaged my self-esteem and every day is a struggle to feel normal. Its hard not to look at family members or stranger's lips and not feel envious about their sense of normalcy. More importantly, instead of improving it has gotten worse. I'm trying to get allergy testing done next again. I had this condition for years and each year I become more disheartened.
