Hi everyone, I've been sick for over three years and doctors could not find out what was wrong with me. I almost became bedridden.

I changed my diet (mostly keto) and cut Sugar out drastically with occasional cheating.

I started taking Oregano oil for the past few days/week and I noticed white mucusy dead worms in my stool. Today I noticed one on my hand and it was dry and long (so gross).

I have ear problems (fullness in ear), coughing phlegm and difficulty concentrating feel out of it/brain fog, body pain etc.

Could these all be related to parasites? I don't eat a lot which is why I never suspected it.

Also, how can I do a cleanse at home with Wormwood , Black-Walnut etc? I would like to run to the health store ASAP and start immediately. This may be the answer to all of my problems!

I live in Canada and we don't have too many cleanse info here. Thank you so much for reading. God bless
