Oh really I was starting to think I was looking in the wrong place for my skin and digestion issues.

Thanks for the reply, I have seen the sandy sludge but no stones. Is there any particular style of flush you would recommend ?

I'm currently taking tinctures before the apple juice flush as a preparation
