Excellent post. When I was toxic I had hard time dry fasting. Now after many years of cleansing and eating right dry fasting seems so easy. I try to dry fast on the weekends when I know I have no social events and relatively no movement. Rest in every way helps a lot dry fast.

My last week's one day fast helped me a great deal, lost 5 lbs in one day and made me crave less for food.

Thank you for a lengthy and informative post.
