Today, two days after flushing, I notice less warmness and redness in my face. Especially when I'm eating heavy or fatty or spicy meals I notice redness and a warm face.
Since flushing the redness ist getting less. But I really don't know if it's because of the enema or because of the flushing. I guess the main problem was that I did not use Epsom salt.
I can't handle Epsom salt, so for the next flush in 6 days I have to use Magnesium citrate.
