I am starting a prolonged dry/wet fast. Wondering if anyone has started one too so we could support each other. I wanted to do a 4 day continual dry fast but I went out in the sun and got very dehydrated so I started to drink again. But I am going to alternate since I know from my last 21 one fast that water drained my kidney and I felt sick the whole time. Dry fasting is so much better (if you keep out of the sun) and easier. Well that is the way animals do it any way.
