I have been taking SAM-e (200 mg/day) and it has helped a lot. But when I tried to cut down the dose to alternate days, there was a strong withdrawal effect after a few days, and I had to revert to daily dose. Does it mean I am hooked now, and can never give it up? Any advice or experience? Thanks in advance.
