Hi All

Off late I have been having sleep issues. I could go to sleep easily but I wake up middle of night for no reason and dont get good sleep afterwards. So, the next day is very drowsy and not with full energy

I dont have any other health issues.

Can someone guide me what is to be done to fix this?
