Hi Chiron,

Nice to hear from you. The water alkalinity and what is good for you is big controversy. The most important part is to get the impurities out of water. I have done a few tests on my own for water pH and have water tested in labs. Distilled water from supermarkets were acidic from 5.0 to 6.0 pH. I think the home distillers would give you a better pH.
