wow, your husband sounds very perceptive. what a blessing...i can imagine him seeming to know more than you about how you entered the wfast could be a bit of a ... oh, i don,t know, maybe something to tap on. lol



i am involved with ( student of) a modality that daily suggests we first get neutral to everything the partner says, thinks and does, and, doesn,t say, think or do... that covers the entire spectrum of extremes. it,s amazing how all the tiny meaningless stuff in that accumulates into irritation, maybe, etc., when it is nothing, whatsoever.

clearing the extremes covers a lot, and can bring an enormous peace... where no one is at fault. independence and coexistence, while being close. sounds perfect. the opposite of stress, yes.?
