Thanks for the article, I know it's 9 years old but I've been having candida issues as well, coated tongue, athletics foot, brain fog, Depression and mood swings. I'm trying the Natures Way Coconut oil and it seems to be improving in a couple of days. I dare not do the coconut oil fast protocol like you did. Sounds too intense. But I'm doing a low Sugar diet and taking coconut oil on an empty stomach or an hour before I eat.
