I feel like I'm 25 inside, my face looks like I'm 30, but my hands have looked my age or older for the last decade. The skin was as thin as paper. Even when I weighted 30lbs more, there was almost no fat on my hands.

But now that I compare how much they have improved, I'm quite delighted! My face improved very quickly, but it took 2 years for the skin on my hands to thicken, and be of better quality.
I am sure as I continue on my detox path, perhaps by next year, I will love my hands again! There's hope out there girls!
