Hi if your food isnt propely digested its a bile problem ( your liver is probaly backed up ) I would suggest doing a liver cleanse. look up liver gallblader flush by Andreas Moritz ( the book ) ALOT of good information and how to do the liver gallblader cleanse. good luck! ;)
