First, be patient. There is no overnight magic bullet that will clear your ill conditions. As you mentioned you have had bad diet and meds that are toxic. But you are on a right path. Do Liver Flushes two weeks apart, with Black-Walnut tincture and Wormwood in the flush solution. I follow Dr. Clark's method of LF.

Eventually if you fast with water only, your body will cleanse itself and clear up most of your issues.

Mind you, this is a long journey and a lifestyle change, plan accordingly.
