I have been having some problems lately and in the last 3 years my daughter (who is 10) has seemed to develop an allergy to artificial dyes and somewhat of an allergy to gluten and most recently we think eggs. I have been also having some trouble with digestion.

In my search for answers I have found out just how deep the pit of GMO's go and how vastly effecting it is to our food supply here in the US. In my search for help on leaky gut I came across your youtube channel. I look forward to reading your book and have a question about excess wind.

Recently we have been experiencing some what I assume is noisy gas movement in the belly. It isn't painfully but is somewhat annoying, it can be quiet or loud but you can almost hear it rolling around. I have had it a few times but my daughter seems to be having it kind of often. I read about onions and beans being a cause. Onion is something that she really enjoys and so are baked beans.

My question is, other than coming off those foods for a while is there something we can do to perhaps calm that a bit while it is going on? It seems to be more often in the evening or at bed time that it really shows up and makes it hard for her to fall asleep with so much gurgley movement in her belly. There isn't belching or passing of gas at all, it all seems to be internal.
