however, vitamin b2 is also crucial in fighting off SD

don't get a b-complex, the more vitamins in a pill the less effective. get a separate b2 pill. and see how it goes.

is there a test you can get somewhere to check out what vitamin deficiencies you have? have you visited a naturopath? wishing you luck x
