I really want to go for 14 this time, hoorah!! I hope I can keep up my strength. I bought the molasses and had a teaspoon in some herb tea. Maybe that is the key to me staying with it.I am 70 and not young like most of you here.
Know what I am going to do afterward? Gonna buy me a new outfit to reward myself.
