Well so far I figured out that my biggest problem was lack of electrolytes. I started adding about a half teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt to my water over the course of two days and my problems cleared right up. I feel right as rain again and dare I say ... energetic. lol

It seems that 50 days is the magic number but I'm back to my Kangen filtered water now until I start to feel the effects again. Also thanks for the breaking the fast pages. I'll be reading them tomorrow. Have a great day all!
