Yes it is true.

One Man's Bread Is Another Man's Poison

What can help and cure one person, can hurt or kill another.

The unfortunate thing for most people suffering from Gallstones and from Gallstones attacks is that The low fat diets are suggested in order to avoid Gallstones attacks.

Unfortunately, The low fat diets are one of the most common cause of gallstones.

Fat in diet is needed to keep the bile flowing.

Once you restrict fat in diet, bile gets stagnant in the gallbladder and even if you did not have gallstones, you can get them, but if you do already have gallstones, The low fat diets are sure way to have gallstones grow to the point where they may cause so many troubles until you have to have your gallbladder out.

So, the advice given to people with gallstones by doctors (eat low fat to avoid attacks) is what actually makes gallstones grow faster, and they end up faster as a customer's of a surgeon.

If you already have gallstones, low fat diets are your enemies.

You need to consume some olive oil daily, and some other healthy fats like flaxseed oil, or eat fatty fish or eat other sources of healthy fats.

What is healthy fat for one person, is not a healthy fat for another.

PEOPLE ARE DIFFERENT in how they tolerate plant based fats and animal fats.

Extra virgin olive oil is generally good for 99,999% of people.

Fresh ocean fish is generally good for 99% of people.

Research the elimination diet.

Liver Flushing is a fantastic way to prevent gallstones formation and to flush out small stones, but once you have huge stones inside, it can be too late .... there is always a point of no return.

That is why I always suggest to people to flush their liver with olive oil before fasting, to prevent and flush smaller gallstones or stagnant bile.
