Hi pineapplehead,

I agree with your husband. It is a good idea to stop and get some potassium in your body. Obviously you have one of your organ not functioning properly.

If you do not wish to stop your fast, I would suggest to get potassium chloride, put it in warm bath (1 cup) and stay in the bath for 45 minutes.
