when you have a die off, first thing you must have by you is BAKING SODA. One teaspoon, or slightly less per one huge glass of water. If you have a candida die off toxins caused heart racing, this will smooth and even it out, if you feel like cr** it will make you feel human again. this is number one, then go panthethine, molybdenum, but baking soda will do the most for you, and it will save your kidneys from the toxins onslaught that they have to process
