Getting Off of All Chemicals:

Start with your water. Get off of the fluoride and chlorine in tap water.

Fluoride is the craziest chemical humans ever came up with. When people say it's a naturally occurring substance found in nature, don't believe them.

The fluoride that is found in rivers is calcium fluoride. The fluoride ion is naturally attracted to calcium. If you ingest it, it flows through your body.

The stuff they put in water is sodium fluoride. The fluoride ion detaches from the sodium to attach to a much more attractive calcium in your body.

Not only are you left with extra toxic inorganic sodium corroding you and ageing your body and tiring out your liver and kidneys, but you have this fluoride attached to your teeth and bones.

It may stay there for your lifetime, weakening your bones because a magnesium ion is supposed to be there.

This fluoride adds to your daily toxicity. It sits in your pineal gland, preventing you from producing melatonin. Melatonin makes you sleep.

The whole lifestyle change I propose will make you detox. You need to sleep more during this period, not less.

Fluoride also sits in your thyroid, causing weight gain, hypo-thyroidism, and low hormones necessary for a young, healthy, beautiful face, body and mind. We need you sleeping deeply.

What about fluoride toothpaste? When brushing, the fluoride doesn't allow the negatively charged minerals in your saliva to attach.

But also, the glycerin they put in toothpaste coats your teeth. It's like plastic.
Your healthy 7.2 PH saliva can't do it's job.

My motto is: if you can't eat it, don't put it on your skin; that includes in your mouth.

So like I said before- I just use baking soda, Sea Salt and green clay. I let my saliva melt it a bit before I rub it across my teeth or gums. I also add a drop of winter mint for that tooth paste fresh taste.

No more antiperspirant! Your body needs to sweat out toxins. Clogging these pores with chemicals only intensifies the toxin build-up.

Your lymph is bringing waste to these sites, and must be expelled. It is so important, especially for women, to keep their glands under their arms free of toxins.

It's no surprise that when women get breast cancer, surgeons may take out the lymph nodes. They are connected in function.

I use a little non-fluoride, non-chlorine water in a small container, and let some baking soda dissolve in it. This mixture allows me to sweat but will not allow bad bacteria to grow.

Also, horrible smelling toxins will be neutralized of their smell. But it is so important to wash away these toxins.

As you continue to detox, you may get even smellier. Perhaps carry a small container with you to freshen up during the day.

One day, you will notice your sweat doesn't smell at all. It is a good sign that your body is catching up with all it's house cleaning.

A small warning is that your sweat and the baking soda may stain your clothes. So perhaps wear a tee shirt under your clothes until you know for sure.

When I was 6 months on the raw food diet, I no longer needed the baking soda solution.

Then when I started h2o2 therapy, I started getting stinky again. I welcomed it as getting down to deeper levels of toxins.

Next, no more skin contact with fluoridated water. If it is in your tap water, sorry but you will have to start buying reverse osmosis water. That is the only way to get the fluoride out. Bottled water is often just tap water, so it likely has fluoride in it. You have no choice.

If you have a reverse osmosis machine in a nearby store, you can fill it up on site in glass jars. Therefore you avoid the plastic leaking into your water. You can recycle juice bottles.

This may be the biggest pain in your life- avoiding fluoride! But it's so important!

What about fluoride in the water while bathing? Well, I mentioned that taking hot baths in fluoride water made me sicker and sicker. If you have fluoride in your tap water, take as short showers as possible.

Wash your hair over the sink with RO water. If you are extremely sick, like I was with chronic fatigue, sponge bath for at least 2 weeks straight with RO water.

You will suddenly be sleeping better as the fluoride leaves your pineal gland.

If my city didn't take out fluoride, I would have bought an under the sink RO machine. Then I would have had plenty of water to sponge bath regularly, to limit my fluoride exposure.

Where does fluoride come from?

Much of it is bought from fertilizer plants in Asia. Asia is smart enough NOT to put it in THEIR water! And they're incredibly witty to be SELLING it to other people.

If they don't put fluoride in your water, but they add chlorine, it's much easier. Just use a chlorine filter on your shower.

This prevents you from breathing in its fumes and absorbing it through your skin.

Use this chlorine filtered water for drinking. Or you can bring water to boil, and the chlorine dissipates.

See how complicated life is when they put poison in our water?

On with the chemicals:

Avoid aluminium like the plague. If you are still cooking food, do so in as much glass as possible. Metal pots, pans, bake ware, and aluminium foil all expose you to aluminium.

Non-stick is horrible for your health, but stainless steel is bad as well. In the process of making stainless steel, they strengthen it with aluminium.

This applies for forks and spoons too. I use wooden chopsticks, and porcelain spoons from Asian markets.

Don't use store bought beauty cream. These chemicals only add to your toxic burden. Edible oil like coconut or olive oil works well.

But you will find, as your nutrition goes up, you may not need any kind of moisturizer on your skin.

Don't use chemical makeup. If you can't eat it, don't apply it to your skin, remember?

There are plenty of mineral makeups out there. They are made from organic minerals and don't add to your toxic burden.

Only use organic shampoo and conditioner. Chemical shampoos wreck your hair, scalp and health.

I believe ALL chemicals poison your scalp, contributing to thin, oily, greying hair.
People won't put that shampoo on their face, but they're willing to put it on their scalp. Isn't that crazy?

Stop using any chemicals in the home, cleaners, air fresheners, ect. Wash your laundry with organic cleaners. Chemicals on clothes are absorbed through the skin and inhaled into the lungs.

People all through the past didn't use chemicals and they survived. And so can we.

And lastly, and this is a BIG one: it's your teeth!

Mercury fillings are another man-made way to slowly kill us. But only take them out if your health can handle it.

When I got my mercury fillings out, I was SICK! I ate a lot of cilantro which binds with metals and that helped a lot.

When I had mine out, my dentist put a huge dam over the tooth, and it covered my mouth. I was also wearing a mask.

And she just kept saying, "No, no, it's OK. They're safe!"

How can they be safe if she's protecting me so much taking them out? Leaving them in your mouth, and sucking on them for years and years and years, CANNOT be healthy!

So now that you are pooping like crazy, sleeping much better, and lowering the toxins and radiation in your life, hopefully you have more energy.

So let's talk about exercise a wee bit.

Our whole lives are flipped around when it comes to exercise. We should be out all day enjoying life, working and moving around.

Then we would come in, and sit and eat for a bit. But the world has us mostly sit all day because of work, and then we try to exercise for an hour, and that's better than most people do.

I'm proposing that if you make the proper steps to improve your health, you'll have so much energy, you won't be able to sit at a desk all day. You will need to find a way to support yourself that allows you to move around all day.

And since you will look so healthy, making you more attractive, different opportunities will likely open up for you.

It's sad to say, but how you look has so much to do with what kind of job you can get. Companies look for energetic, healthy, attractive people to represent them. It makes them look good.

I don't believe you have to tell people to exercise. I don't believe there's such a thing as lazy people.

There are energetic, healthy people who act like 3 year olds, running around, playing, and just enjoying life. They don't have to be told to be active. Their whole life is like they have ants in their pants.

They never sit because they have so much energy. This is one of the reasons it took so long for me to write this book.

I can only sit for a hour before I'm just dying to get outside into my garden, or go for a walk, or just do something.

Even when I play my guitar, which I love, absolutely love, I can only play for a half hour or 45 minutes. Then I have ants in my pants again.

Last thing about exercise, that you may not want to hear is: Don't go to a gym.

Gyms are also like outhouses. It's full of fumes from other peoples toxins.

What is a gym full of? People that are breathing heavy and dripping in sweat.

That's how you detox.

It is so much healthier to be outside, be grounded, with sunshine and enjoy life.

Do what you fancy to move around. If you worry that if you don't go to the gym, you won't have muscle tone, just add weight bearing into your lifestyle.

Like I said, I carry home, 30 pounds of groceries twice a week, 7-10 city blocks.

Once I carried my regular groceries plus a case of bananas. I weighted myself after. It was 65 pounds. I weight 125 lbs. It was half my body weight, and it felt wonderful, an incredible workout.

The studies on osteoporosis say that weight bearing prevents bone loss. So this easy lifestyle change is so beneficial for me.

The concept of exercising to burn off what you just ate, is backwards. Your food should be 100% energy being used to enjoy life, not be stored and then desperately tried to be burned off.

Our food shouldn't be making us gain weight.

Toxins get stored in cells! That's what makes us gain weight.

As you change your diet, you will never think of burning off calories, because you won't be taking in as many toxins. So these toxins won't be stored in fat cells making you gain weight.

You should be thinking of food in terms of energy. You will think, “Did I bring my 5 bananas with me so my body can keep up with what I want to do?”

OK, so we've come to the fact that as you get healthier, exercise will just come naturally as a part of enjoying life. This will make you more aerobic, meaning you have more oxygen in your tissues. And you will become a more hospitable terrain for friendly bacteria.

Your minerals should be increasing through green juicing and supplementing with the 60 minerals. Your friendly bacteria will have something to eat.

The more balanced your body chemistry is, the better off you are for energy, sleep, immunity and overall gorgeousness.
