Hi. What's the recipe for Wombat cream? Also, new here and just recently started supping with 2% Lugols. Started with just 3 drops in a shot glass of filtered water. Am taking vitamin C, but none of the other companion supps-- can someone tell me what salt flushing is? Also, what is the best strength to begin with as far as Iodine supping goes? I am grateful for this message board and thank you all! 10 years+ Lymes and possible Morgellons now coming to a head. Blessings and healthy days to all :*)
