Could you explain how it causes the bad odours and sweating?

I am inclined to think it is something with my gut flora as this issue started around the time that I had a bout of diarrhoea. I noticed the smell coming from my skin, particularly chest and anus.

I have also been taking probiotics however it doesnt always work although sometimes I felt it improved it, I was not certain though. After taking Antibiotics the vomit smell came back (although the fecal smell went away)
