Hi people,

It's me again. I wanted to get some thoughts on something that has occured lately. Since 4 weeks I started using Iodine again and I am amazed at how much sskki I can tolerate now (like approx 100mg daily). I use:

- 12.5mg daily (3 times a week)
- and on 2 days I use 100mg of SSKI and 1800 mcg of nascent iodine. It's a pretty hefty dose for me. I do all the companion nutrients, salt pushes (regurlary but maybe not often enough) etc. (I posted some other topics, where I use alot of supplements)

However, these is just 1 problem that has occured lately: my left eyelid is twitching sometimes and it's a bit heavier then I experienced before. It's just a sudden twitch, but doesn't happen all day long. It just comes and goes, but I'm almost positive that it came after I started Iodine again, because prior to that I continued to use all of the other supplements. The only thing I changed right now is:

- 12.5mg daily = 1 iodoral tablet (3 times a week)
- 100mg Iodide (4 drops SSKI = 4 x 25mg) and 1800 mcg nascent Iodine (3 drops nascent iodine = 3 x 600mcg)
2 times a week
- 2 days off while continuing the companion nutrients.

I just wonder, why do I experience these symptoms? Could anyone take a guess?
