I don't know that Iodine will help all those symptoms, but you'll have to see. On Lugol's 2%, I'd add 1 drop each day. At some point you just won't want to raise anymore, so you'll stay there until you feel ready to resume adding drops.

If you're low in B12, please add sublingual methylcobalamin 5000 mcg once in the morning. Just let it slowly dissolve under your tongue.

No matter the range for TSH, if your result is not <=2.0, it's not normal.
