Mangesium 1000 mg a day.The brand of magnesium I take is called "Doctor's Best High Absorption Magnesium".

100 mg of elemental zinc. It may contain 440 mg in total, but 100 mg of elemental zinc between 2 pills. The zinc I take is called "GeriCare Zinc Sulfate"

1500 mg of niacin split into 3 dosage a day (3 500 mg tablets a day). The niacin I take is called "Rugby Niacin". It is the Nicotinic acid kind. It is very important to only get nicotinic acid, NOT the time-release form.
