I read on the Gerson website or heard it on a video of someone following the Gerson Therapy that the food mill does remove the fiber but leaves the pulp so just using a blender is not the same. You can try passing it through a mesh strainer a few times AFTER blending it in the VitaMix to remove a lot of the fiber.
