For me. IF i itch bad. I will get up and chop garlic a few clove, chop onion a lot. and swallow it. Then maybe papaya seed blend in the blender with water and drink it fast. Then take a shower. It stops me from itchy immediate. After shower immedietely

p.s. chopped onion and swallow it. It's great to combine with garlic. It works for me.
