Gallstones are either in your gallbladder or liver, probably not in your ribs. while doing the liver flush you are to lie QUIETLY first on your right side for 30 minutes, then on your left side for 15 minutes the liver dumps from right to left into the duodenum, then 15 minutes on your back. then get up and do nothing strenuous. or go to sleep for the night.
