No, because you are trying to detox and tap water is full of metals and other icky stuff. Ideally you should use home distilled water, even bottled water has chemicals from the bottling process (read Hulda Clark ). BUT, I'm guessing you don't have a home distiller, and neither do I, so I use bottled distilled water with electrolytes like Smart Water or something.
