Thank ya kindly. I’m still going strong so far and haven’t really had any feeling of hunger. Also I still have a nice healthy layer of fat to draw from and I do have a quite a bit of muscle as well, although I don’t think it will come to that. I started this at about 240. Power lifers don’t care so much about body fat as long as we can push the weight. Maybe we should. I do start thinking about mineral/vitamin deficiency at this point in the game though.
