I imagine that is probably one of the likely causes of this issue. So I have done a short Water Fast to then now become intolerant to more foods than I was before? Not exactly what I was aiming for.

That's not to say I eat a bad diet as I don't. I eat mainly fresh fruit and vegatables, nuts and seeds. I do sometime have a couple of eggs for breakfast. I don't eat any gluten as I already had an intolerance to that. I sometimes eat gluten free bread but I can't imagine they contain the best ingredients. The other two things I eat a bit of are beans and rice. Never eat meat now but I do eat cheese every so often.

This dry mouth may not sound like a major issue but is actually driving me mad. Didn't realise it could mess up my sleep this much and I really need some relief.

I will try and eat as clean as possible and check out that link you sent but I wasn't expecting to gain issues after a Water Fast when I went into it for healing and detox purposes.
