I think the person, themselves, has to be the judge of how long to do anything. One has to take the number one formula to soften up the junk on the colon wall. the rest is really up for the individual to gauge. the number 2 formula shouldn't/t be taken for too long or long enough to make the colon sore, keep track of the old stuff you eliminate.
Where's Doc, again, anyway/
