Hi everyone,

I finished a 4 day Water Fast a week ago. Not a massive fast I know but I am new to this and I am planning to go longer in the future.

Anyway since refeeding I have had a ridiculously dry mouth, especially at night, so much so that I can barely sleep. I didn't have this issue before the fast. I am definitely drinking enough water so I don't know what is causing this issue. Unless I'm not absorbing the water now?

Can anyone help? This may sound trivial but it is really starting to grind me down and affect me quite badly especially due to it causing sleep problems.
