I wasn't suggesting blue light as a cause - merely as a possible exacerbating factor over which you have some control.

But yeah, sounds like you have some kinda genetic predisposition to the condition. You seem well clued-up on things that might help, so you've obviously done the research.

I'm more or less out of any more ideas for ya, assuming you've also done the research on adrenal fatigue, etc.

Sorry I wasn't more help.
