Since this is your 5th cleanse, have you every feel bloated. I drank the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this morning, however I don't feel it worked very well. It may have been the fact that I used room temperature water because I prepared it last night & then drank it this morning. This is only my 2nd day & I did not do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) yesterday because I started drinking the lemonade about 11:00. I'm actually drinking a lemonade then water alternately every hr. I don't know if I can keep this up but really want to try as I have had a problem not smelling or tasting for 30 years and no one can tell me what's wrong because if they give me prednosine I can smell. I had one Dr. that said I could stay on that forever & I didn't ever go back & see him again. He was a otolaryngologist. Would appreciate any help.
