Yeah, I thought I noticed for UK time, you were up pretty late a few times yourself.
I'm not always sleep deprived, just lately. A lot of the time, I get a full eight hours, in the daytime. lol
One thing I do for CD prevention is cayenne pepper. I have the super hot kind, 160 HU, and I love the stuff. Don't like food near as much without it. So hopefully that helps, but I'm sure I could do a lot more CD prevention than I do and of course good sleep is definitely key for CD prevention, I agree.
I have tried melatonin, quite a bit actually, but it doesn't seem to help much. Nothing I do seems to helps the sleep cycle very much. I even have a great tea that others claim could put a horse down, but it does nothing for me, unless it's the daytime. :(
Now if I can get some sun, that helps some. There's not been a lot of sun here this winter, but it looks like we are going into an early spring here so maybe we'll start seeing some more sun. There's something about the sun that's suppose to help regulate sleep.
Anyway, thanks for the melatonin suggestion. I may try it again, but with a much lower dosage. I think the higher dosages backfire on me but a lower dosage may be the key.
