I have been having too much acne since 9 months. I have researched and decided to do fasting. I am drinking mainly water but having honey and lemon juice mixed in water every two hours from morning till evening 6pm. Today is the 4th day of my fast. Acne are still breaking out. How many days should I continue doing this fast so that acne disappear completely?
