I can't give you a diagnosis, but maybe some suggestions based on my own personal health issues that were helped.

Any one of the 9 you list could be from Gluten sensitivities. At least a good portion of them depending on how sensitive you are to gluten. Were all different in so many ways that you could have many symptoms, or just a few,

My biggest problems were Joint pain, and neuropathy [Nerve pain], but I feel better all over. After being free from Gluten for a month or so, I had a beer with my meal and it all returned.

If you are sensitive to Gluten, I would think Italy with all their Pasta products would be a good place to start.

The other sugestion would be your teeth. Have any mecury fillings, root canals?

This also could be relevant to most  of the 9 problems you mention, particularly #2, and #4.

I had pain down my neck and into my shoulder which was DX'd as Fibro Myalgia After having a Cavitation surgey on the jaw bone on that side of my mouth the problems left. This could also cause the bad taste in your mouth, as well as other symtoms.

If you have mercury filled teeth this could be part of the problem. When you chew they emit mercury vapor as well as mercury that you ingest.

The teeth mentioned above are dangerous to your health and should be either mercury replaced with another filling material compatible with your body, or if root canal, should be removed.

All this work should be done by a biological dentist that knows the proper protocol so you don't consume the toxins.
