I'm very overweight I'm male 6ft tall and 300lbs . I'm intending to do a 121 hour water fast and I have a query. Do I need to supplement with electrolyes or is the fast too short for that . Would the fact i have alot of bodyfat also suggest i dont need to supplement with elrctrokyes .Would appreciate some advice on supplementing with electrolyes
