Yes I have some l absorbic powder but how high of a dose we talking I do 3000mg the l absorbic is suppose to be the better form

Strangely I feel 80% non fatigued after trying kefir over the last few days i almost wanted to cry my energy was normal and adrenals felt rested I assume it was the kefir or maybe the herbal detox tea I started too but I believe the kefir the day I took it I felt sick as a dawg then after that I have energy I haven't felt in a year I will continue this kefir as well as other detoxing
