actually your recipe is fine. some use 8oz cups, i did 10oz. i also used a little less maple syrup, but that is the correct measurements. the lax tea should be done in the evening and a salt water flush at night. this is totally separate from the lemonade. the salt water flush is 32oz of water with 2 TEAspoons of uniodized Sea Salt . i highly recommend celtic grey Sea Salt . this is to be taken on an empty stomach in the morning and don't drink your lemonade until you have finished 'expelling' the salt water (up to 2 hours). if you absolutely can't stomach the salt water flush (though i highly recommend sucking it up) then you can do the lax tea in the evening AND in the morning. read the book the last poster gave the link to...great stuff!
