The past month I took monolaurin capsules for about a week, and then I took some oregano caps on-and-off for about two weeks. I must have had bad die-off, because my right foot is swollen and red, now it is itching. I am soaking it in Epsom Salt water. Do others experience this kind of reaction? I have ordered some Cryptolepis Sanguinolenta Natural Extract Tincture. I read some reviews from people who said this dislodged die-off they had in their hips.
