****Update****

My naturopath believes that I have candida. She said that I've been doing all the right things, but not long enough and not in the right order.

So please find what she told me to do and what order to complete them in, below:

1. Drink more water. Drink at least 4 (16 oz) of water a day for a total of 64 oz.
2. Candida Diet - https://www.thecandidadiet.com
3. Ba Zheng Tang - granules
4. Pharmax CandaClear Four
5. Pure Encapsulations Curcumin - 2,000 MG per day
6. Thorne Vit D 10,000 IU
7. Discontinue Iron and Coloidal Silver and other supplements temporarily
8. Fruit of the Earth Aloe Juice - 1/2 cup at night before bed, daily. Increase dose if needed to give you a solid bowel movement in the morning. If you experience, loose stool, decrease the dose.

I hope this works for me and hope it helps anyone else going through this!
